Knowledge of ERP/Resource planning ideally within professional services. Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions, ideally business applications gained within a major software vendor, ability to strategise, and build compelling business case models. Ability to attend sales meetings overseas at times is also key.

Operations Manager to deliver SaaS solutions into existing client base of around 200 organisations. The Ops Manager will be responsible for the delivery of software to time and budget, optimise the deployment and utilisation of team (15 FTE's - Project Managers and Operational staff), and ensure the Support Desk operates efficiently. Client facing and acting as escalation point on Projects, a structured background and collaborative team player. It will be important for this person to be capable of seeking new opportunities from the existing relationships, as 'trusted advisor' to clients. Many of the projects will involve migrating customers from on premise to Cloud based solutions, so this experience in public sector organisations is essential.
